If the locks need to changed, the tenant will be liable for the cost of a locksmith, replacement lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord and any other persons requiring keys. Changes to The Tenancy, requested by the tenant - £50 (inc vat) or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
